need some help

hey, i'm having some troubles with time... i'm in a new job that's taking me the whole day and i cant program new features for my site. I want to keep my site but i haven't got any time to do programming stuff.
A friend recommended this site, he said they do Joomla programming (http://www.dotrey.com) but i really don't know if it's ok to use this kind of services... i mean, i've never used this, i always programmed my own stuff.
I'd like to know if any of you had already used this services and if they were ok

As companies/freelancers, its hard do predict how the outcome will be. Though, going through their website, there is a "Testimonials and Refrences" section. You can try contacting them and see if they are good.
